Walking Meditation On The Beach Saturday 7:15am.
We will meet on the beach in front of the hotel, with or without shoes. The meditation lasts 27 minutes. Please bring your headphones and music player. Be sure to have the meditation is downloaded to your phone. There is no Wifi on the beach.
